Our Adventure to California - Day 3

Roswell, NM --> Flagstaff, AZ

Day 3 had us heading out of Roswell, which by itself was difficult even with there only being 1 main road ;) But after we got gas, we were headed out of town to our next stop, Flagstaff, AZ. We had lots planned for the day as we planned to stop at the Painted Desert and the Petrified Forest. It was a long day, but we got to see lots of things and again our girls were wonderful!

At 2, she knows you need to put the car in gear before it will move...scary!

The hotel we stayed at allowed dogs again, but they were more strict. You had to bring your dog in the side door, and they were not allowed on the bed. As you can see from below that last rule wasn't followed ;) Love her when she's like this (look at her tongue sticking out)

We were surprised when we got to Flagstaff by how cold it was outside. We were wearing short sleeved t-shirts when we pulled up to the hotel. People must have thought we were crazy because it was around freezing outside and everyone was bundled up in big coats! :)

It was a great day! We got to see so many neat places, but we were all exhausted! Next stop the Grand Canyon!
