Our second day in San Francisco was quite busy. We left early and headed over to Alamo Park to see the Painted Ladies (flashback to the Tanner's). They were beautiful, but not nearly as clean as I pictured them being. It also amazed me that all of the houses in that area are in that style. It's really a neat part of SF.
Next, we headed over the the Museum of Arts and Sciences. It was a neat museum; it had a rainforest, an aquarium, and a planetarium. It reminded me a lot of Galveston/Moody Gardens.
Our next stop was really fun, it was the Exploratorium. A hands on science museum. We had so much fun trying out all of the exhibits, and we saw Laura Innes in the gift shop (she's the red-head from ER).

This was amazing! It is made from toothpicks and ping pong balls can travel through the entire thing...crazy! |

Outside of the Exploratorium - absolutely beautiful |
Our final stop in SF was a cruise around the bay - definitely not my favorite part, but David really wanted to go. It was neat to see the Golden Gate bridge from underneath, but that was the bumpiest part of the ride, so I was not a happy camper. Thankfully the ship had a bar, so I was good for the second half of the trip ;)
