We had my family over for Mother's Day. I was so excited to do a brunch for everyone! I wanted to make it fancy for my mom and grandma, so we used our china and I bought new champagne flutes!
The menu consisted of quiche, french toast casserole, bacon, fruit salad, biscuits, and hashbrown casserole. And who could forget....mimosas!!
Everyone really enjoyed the meal, the quiche was quite the hit. I'm gonna have to redo that recipe for Christmas! It was so nice to have a sit down meal with our family on one of my favorite days!
