Splash Pad fun!

We got together with the Retbergs again while were in town.  We always have such a wonderful time together.  And our parents get along really well too, so it is always a fun time for everyone.  We actually got together twice (which is even better), the first time we got together at Ashlee's, so we took all the kids to the Splash Pad to have some fun.  We had Double Dave's for dinner, which was SO yummy.  It is definitely one of the places we miss out here in CA.

Way too long

While we were in Houston, we were finally able to get together with our friend Anup.  We haven't seen him since before I was pregnant with Lily, which is just WAY TOO LONG.  We had such an amazing time, and he was so excited to finally meet our girls.  Here are some super sweet pictures with Anup and the girls.

So I wouldn't exactly say she did it all on her own, but C rolled over.  She had some assistance from the couch, but you can't deny she is very proud of herself.  I mean...look at that face :)

2 Months Old

Caroline is 2 months old.  She finally got over her colic, and became a much happier girl.  She still wants constant attention, and gets upset when left alone.  The girl still loves to sleep, mom and dad are very grateful.

David's Family Reunion

The day after we landed in Houston, we drove to Alabama for David's family reunion.  It was the first time we had been since we moved to CA, so we were excited to see everyone.  Here are some pictures:

Meeting Mammy

Our first stop once we landed in Houston, was going to Mammy and Boompa's house.  It was their first time to see Miss Caroline.  I didn't get any pictures of C with anyone else (I'll have to do that at Christmas), but here is Mammy and her great grand-girls.



Lily's Dance Class

Lily's dance teacher moved back to Minnesota to go to school, so we took some pictures at their last class in June.  We will definitely miss Miss Rachel.
